Hey there, my name is Lynton Levengood, I'm a concept and texture artist working in Cape town South Africa. I have always loved drawing for as long as I can remember. Starting from a childhood love of dinosaurs, tracing every picture I could get my dad to draw me (thanks dad)and handing them out to all my friends as "my Drawings" until I didn't need to trace anymore. Then in grade 7 realising that dragons where even cooler (thanks John Howe), to drawing through maths class in high school...and every other class really. I have always loved creating art that excites people. I now have the the joy of creating concept art for Character Matters Animation Studio, I have worked in the 3d animation industry for 5 years. I have worked on a feature film (The Lion of Judah) and numerous animated series pilots and animated shorts like Hooked. I thank the Lord for allowing me to use the gift of creativity. I enjoy Fantasy worlds like Middle Earth and Narnia and the beautiful themes that play out in both. I hope you enjoy my work as much as I do creating it.
